Stretch*d Method

The Stretch*d Method is an active assisted movement-based stretching. This method allows the targeted muscle in each stretch to relax and lengthen naturally. Stretches are done in 2-3 second holds, with 10-12 reps in a set. The Stretch*d Method improves range of motion and posture, helps reduce pain, increase longevity and ultimately, relax and feel great. The Stretch*d Method is gentle, controlled, relaxing and safe, and can be customized to individual needs. It is an effective form of stretching for all bodies; from athletes to those who simply experience wear and tear of daily life.
